In England, air-conditioning systems with a combined effective rated output of more than 12kW are generally in scope. Multiple smaller units under the same control can count together. Tell us about your equipment and we can help establish the inspection scope.
Inspections for systems in scope must be no more than five years apart. Your existing report’s inspection date is a useful starting point. We can review the information you have when preparing your quote.
The price depends on the number and type of systems, site access and information available. We confirm the inspection scope and quote before you book. There is no charge to request a quote.
Yes. Tell us how many sites you have and where they are. We can scope a coordinated inspection programme for your portfolio.
A property postcode, an approximate number of units and any previous report are helpful. An asset list and maintenance records can help too. You can still request a quote if you do not have everything.
Tell us a little about your building. We’ll use your details to understand the scope and respond to your quote request.
